the beauty of being patient

Where should I start this time? oh well, this is begin when I arrived at the airport for umro with my neighbour and relatives, until i wait for 2 hours to meet tours guide and give me visa, itienary etc...at the end I call them and they said it was cancelled because the visa's are not ready.
I was angry because they didnt prepare this will happen and didnt inform me the night before. Because of this and that, well I have to be patient.

They re schedule the flight but until now I dont know wether my visa is ready or not.
What a pain in the a** if I may said.
Well....the beauty of being patient is not as good as i think when we hope it so bad.
What I can do is just give everything to God's will.
I hope this will end soon.

Muesli Diet

I tried so many diet but nothing has been working for me. Almost all of those diet made me very hungry until I eat a lot more than usual causing yo-yo effect, and also the fact I dont like to do any kind of exercise.

Eating oats is not my favourite, make me want to vomit, until i tried muesli ( oat with dried fruit and nuts ) and I love it.
Lowan muesli for dried almond and fruit is my favourite, taste good, i love it.

It's been 5 days since my last diet with muesli and i lost 1 kg so far. Usually my weight will up in the morning after breakfast, but not now. It shows 1 kg less than my actual weight.
Let's see how this muesli work for me, at least I am not dying because of hunger. The only thing I have to do is to resist a lot of snack on my office -..-.

Forgiveness

"Apologizing doesn't mean you are right or wrong, it means you value your relationship more than your ego."


Forgiveness is not something easy to do, especially if it happened as the worst story of yourlife. I try so hard to forgive but my ego say no.
As the time goes by, the pain never cure, I thought for sometimes I feel satisfy not to do so, the feeling that the other side is hurt also pleased me, but for how long?

I realize that hatred is a toxic to our heart. Probably the sweetest toxic before we realize what we will become in the future.

Forgiveness, sometimes not something we do for someone, but we do it so we can get well and move on.
Let go off the past and make peace to our heart, and when we forgive, it is like we born again, it stress out the pain after all, it is good thing and must do. Revenge will never end.
