wish me luck! starting my face treatment.

I realize that I am in late 20's...so I decide to take a little step forward for caring my face treatment.
Actually I only have oily problem on my T area and that's it. No matter how booring my treatment is, using ponds and face soap is more than enough for me.
Lately I change product to biokos (because I am bored) to treat my oily T area skin. But after a month using it, i found out my skin tone is not even, bit dark although still moist. So...I am afraid if I am not taking good care of my face....I will be aging before 30. Aging is not a big problem for me, everybody does, but at least not too fast.

I watched this commercial on tv called pytera essence from SK II and I love the idea from rice fermentation for our skin. I know it is bit expensive, but hey...if you calculate how much you spend on face treatment such as facial etc etc, almost the same.
So, I went to SK II counter and consult with their beautician. After that I know, my score is 57%, which mean still in good condition. My age is 28 years old now, but my skin still in 23 years old condition. There are 5 skin conditions examined, and I got 33% only for texture. The other 4 is still above 50% which is good. My other problem is pore skin is too wide, causing dirt trapped inside my skin.

The good thing when I went to the store is, beautician didn't push me to buy all the product, instead she recommend to start with facial treatment essence starter kit. So, I bought that starter kit which contains 75 ml FTE, 30 ml clear toner, 1 FT mask. Also, she recommend me to start using milk cleanser and toner everyday to deep clean my face from dirt as using face soap is not enough, no need fancy one, so I am using viva for those two and ponds whitening after FTE.
Here we are I am starting it...I hope I get better result. Wish me luck!

My beloved freak...

I'm thinking....how can I attracted to Loki than Thor?

It is already second movie....but I still attracted to Loki rather than Thor....although how villain he is, lol. Anyway...Loki is kind of person...no wait, super human with sly personality (depicted in the movie).but for me he is intelligent, has a lot of stuffs in his mind, and proper king for Asgard.

Basic baked pudding (Taro style pudding)

Resep ini terinspirasi dari bread pudding yang dibuat oleh salah satu chef di afc. Bahan dasarnya berupa kuning telur, susu, gula, dan isian bisa berupa umbi2 an, roti, dll....yang tekstur tentunya lebih padat.

Untuk foto dibawah ini saya menggunakan ubi ungu (taro).
Bahan :
- Ubi ungu 1 kg, kukus dan haluskan.
- 3 butir kuning telur ayam
- 3 butir putih telur
- Susu segar kira2 1 cup.
- 1 tsp garam
- 1 cup brown sugar (bisa gula biasa)
Cara membuat :
- Dengan pengocok telur (whisker) campur susu segar dengan gula, garam, kuning telur, kocok sampai kuning telur tercampur rata. Kemudian masukkan Ubi ungu yang sudah di haluskan.
- Di wadah terpisah, kocok putih telur sampai mengembang berbusa (bisa memakai mixer atau whisker), lalu masukkan ke adonan pertama dan aduk sampai rata.
- Panggang di suhu 180 degC selama kira2 45 menit.

Ubi ungu bisa diganti ubi2 manis yang lain, ketela misalnya, ataupun roti tawar. Bisa ditambahkan vanilla, cinnamon ataupun nutmeg untuk tambahan rasa.

Edamame sauted with garlic and truffle oil

Gegara suka sama salah satu snack di Ismaya Cafe, dan pengen bisa makan masakan sehat ini setiap saat, kemarin muter2 nyari truffle oil dan sempet googling juga ternyata mahaaal banget, soalnya olive oil nya di infuse sama truffle nya langsung. Akhirnya nemu juga olive oil yang diberi ekstrak jamur truffle nya (meski cuma 1%, tapi baunya cihui), with affordable price tentunya, tokonya di food hall summarecon bekasi.
Pada dasarnya resepnya berupa edamame, bawang putih dan truffle oil.

Bahan :
- Edamame rebus tiriskan
- Bawang putih cincang kasar (secukupnya)
- Minyak goreng / olive oil untuk menumis
- Truffle oil kira2 1 sdt untuk 250 gram edamame. (tergantung selera, karena saya suka baunya, jadinya lebih banyak)

Cara membuat :
- Tumis bawang bombai sampai sedikit kering.
- Masukkan edamame, taburkan garam.
- Angkat, campurkan truffle oil ke edamame sampai merata.

Finally..."no knead bread"

Akhirnya...setelah beberapa kali percobaan gagal dengan mengikuti beberapa resep, penyesuaian resep yang saya lakukan menghasilkan hasil yang memuaskan.

Resep "no knead" bread (resep roti tanpa proses menguleni)

Bahan :
1. 3 cup tepung terigu (gunakan tepung terigu untuk roti contoh : Cakra Kembar)
2. 1/4 tsp active dry yeast ( saya menggunakan fermipan)
3. 1 tsp garam
4. 1 tsp gula
5. 1 tsp vinegar (saya menggunakan rice vinegar)
6. 1 1/2 cup air hangat (jangan terlalu hangat, karena bisa merusak ragi)
7. 1 tbs olive oil (bisa memakai minyak biasa)

Tahap pembuatan :

1. di dalam wadah masukkan terigu dan garam.
2. dalam wadah lain, masukkan dry yeast, gula dan vinegar kedalam air hangat..biarkan ragi aktif selama 1 menit.
3. masukkan air ragi kedalam wadah berisi tepung dan aduk hingga kalis.
4. tutup wadah dengan serbet biarkan selama 2 jam (atau mengembang 2 kali adonan).
5. lumuri adonan dengan olive oil, pada proses ini, gas akan keluar dari adonan, tapi tidak akan membuat adonan mengempis banyak. Biarkan selama 1 jam.
6. Panggang dalam oven bersuhu 200 - 220 degC selama 50 menit.

Catatan :
1. Pada beberapa percobaan dengan mengikuti resep asli, terjadi kegagalan karena saya mendiamkan terlalu lama di suhu ruangan. Sehingga ketika kempes adonan tidak 2 kali adonan awal. Sehingga ketika dipanggan tidak mengembang bagus dan hasilnya alot.
2. Terlalu kebanyakan yeast juga tidak bagus.
3. Resep di atas menggunakan suhu ruangan ketika mengistirahatkan adonan.
4. Resep diatas menggunakan oven listrik dan panci loaf biasa (dalam beberapa versi menggunakan dutch oven, tetapi oven listrik juga menghasilkan roti yang bagus kok).
5. Untuk variasi bisa ditambahkan rosemary di tepung ketika mencampur dengan garam, atau raisin untuk adonan yang manis.
