Between diet and being healthy

It's been 3 weeks since I start to workout every morning by cycling for 20-30 minutes.
My idea of diet was wrong. Starving like crazy causing my metabolism messed up.
Since I read the article about having a balance life rather than diet, I prefer balancing my life, and losing weight will be one of good price I will get.
So, I start workout everyday 20-30 minutes cycling and parked my car 800 m away from office, start to walk. Also, I count my calories everytime I eat, but believe me I never skip dinner.
I eat 3 times a day, and having low carb snack or fruit in between. I use MyfitnessPal for calory counter and endomondo everytime I workout.
I lost 3.5 kg in 3 weeks, and I never gain my weight.
In my mind I just to be healthy, later in my old time, I will still healthy eventough I am aging.
It just changing habit, fixing my lifestyle....and enjoy fresh air and sunshine :)
